Un ami cherche à joindre directement le propriètaire d'un catamaran Lagoon 440, pavillon Italien, nommé CHIQUITA.
Ce bateau est à la vente, et serait actuellement basé en Tunisie.

I tried to buy this boat in June 2013 there was some major faults with it and the VAT/TAX status is uncertain as the paperwork is not sufficient. the Italian owner agreed to make repairs so I paid him a large deposit. After 2 months he had failed to make the repairs so i withdrew from the Purchase but he has kept my money.
I am now in litigation with the Owner & Broker and have requested a "marine lien" on the vessel.
I advise keep well away !
