Santa Luzia

Hi! Now we will discuss Santa Luzia, the next island we saw. Santa Luzia is an island with no souls on it, except a few animals and occasional fishermen. When we were there we found an island different to all we've seen so far! Now you can see delicate soft white sand and green hills behind with rocks making natural paddling pools, clear blue water in the sea... basically a paradise. You can try to picture it in you mind, wou won't even get close to the real picture! The first day we even saw whales, who looked brown because of the light. During the night we could see beautiful fluorescent fish.
On Santa Luzia, there are some wild “fruits” which look like melons at some point but some look like big oranges too! After this discovery we attempted to go to the other side of the island to see whale bones. No such luck! Théo stated an interesting point that we should not go to the beach because of rocks and there was no road, not even a path. So we went back to the boat without seeing the bones.
On other attempts to see things we found tons of sparrows at the fishermen's shed where they lived while fishing. They only came five days and then departed. Whatever they did the sparrows were there. On another topic we saw a tomb and a small chapel. There were also thousands of lizards and flies.
We did not stay very long because there was an average wind of 30 knots which equals 54 km per hour.
This was our report of Santa Luzia . Keep in touch, bye!
The boomerangs Today
PS: The boomerangs Today is the new title we have. Might use it for a hand made newspaper.
