Perso, suis resté 3 mois à bord...un pote est resté 4...suffit, de renouveler son visa au bout des 3 mois.

Je ne suis pas vraiment posé la question, mon bateau y est resté plusieurs années 6 mois de suite, mais j'avais l'impression que sur le chantier (Powerboat) certains bateaux restaient plus d'une saison.
Le mieux est de poser la question au secrétariat du chantier où se trouve ton bateau, ils sont très au fait de la législation !

Information reçue d'un des chantiers de Chaguaramas : les services aux bateaux étrangers seront désormais exemptés de TVA. Mesure applicable depuis le 1er janvier 2017.

This wonderful outcome is the result of many months of hard work on both the part of the Trinidad and Tobago boating community and you, our loyal customers.  The many emails we received in the wake of the passing of the legislation were not only greatly encouraging but also instrumental in supporting our case to have the decision overturned.

In light of this change, we will be taking steps to ensure all our customers, whose boats were stored with us from 1st January 2017 onwards, are credited the VAT they have been charged or have the amount refunded to them if they have departed Trinidad already.
